Why wouldn't this work for a 32" TV?

I see it says up to a 27" tv but if I have a 32" Vizio M322i-B1with Vesa 100 holes and a weight of 13.23 lbs why wouldn't this work? The mount for 30"-39" tv's looks like it would block the first HDMI port on tv...

Mounted a Samsung 32" with this but with coax cable connection. Works great.
