I bought this item for someone else and sent it. When they opened the box, one of the charging base was not working. After using couple of months both handsets got dead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this in November 2013 and it stopped working in April 2015. Since the product was 17 months old so I got no warranty coverage on this. I would say this is not a durable/ long lasting product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Is it supposed to be this noisy?

Just received & plugged in my new microwave. I like most of it, now that I see it. BUT, is it supposed to be this noisy when running? Has a *very pronounced vibration sound, way worse than the 12 year old Sharp it's replacing. Tried holding down the metal top and side, no difference. Have I got a lemon?
Yes, It is little bit more noisy than my previous microwave.
