My Windows 7 computer hard drive crashed and since I had a backup drive I was able to save one of my favorite operating systems. The purchased drive, is now my backup and came with backup software that made this Western Digital 1 GB drive even a more impressive purchase

Bought this unit just in time, as Dish is having trouble with the local NBC channel and we would miss some good programming. This purchase offers the ability to get free television programming with excellent quality resolution. We can now record 4 TV channels as well as watch Dish channels. The tuners offer the same OTA performance as my Sony TV's and include a signal diagnostic capability to peak antenna alignment for hard to receive local channels.

The Fire 7 interface is much better the Kindle Fire 7 which has had problems with email. The interface is similar to a smart phone which offers a learning opportunity for novice smart phone users. I both this Fire 7 for Rose because of similar interface and her older Kindle was presenting problems.
The downside is the ads that pop-up when it awakes from sleep mode, but you can't beat the price. This unit makes a great gift and two of our friends have purchased the Fire 7.

What's not so great: Touch pad is too touchy

What's great about it: Routing is straight foreword, and we like the voice, speed display
What's not so great: Turn list requires repeated selections to see whole route
We have a 7" Magellan, which always falls-off the mounting surface and is difficult to use. The Garmin is rated as the easiest to use and its 5" display comes with large characters, which are easier to see than the Magellan. We especially like the life time updates and the computer interface. We had an in-dash CD version in our Toyota Prius which was always out of date with maps and sometime sent use in circles.
Best Buy offered excellent value on this device which I got for my wife's new Toyota Camry

What is the difference between the 50LM and the 52LM GPS?
The 52LM is a newer version of the 50LM. As I compared the two, the 50LM was the best buy and value.
