Digital fitness tracker with digital clock that keeps track of # of steps, calories, floors, miles, , hours slept, & calories burned in a day. It resets automatically at midnight each night. Super easy to use and set up. I like that its rechargeable and that my stats show up on the gadget without having to check my phone. One of the motivational tools Fitbit has is that you can compete with other users via "Challenges", also, the One gets me going with the little messages that occasionally appear on the screen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

HOW TO WEAR THE DEVICE

Can you clip the Fitbit - One to a lanyard that you wear around the neck? I have to wear a lanyard with a work ID and this would be great if it worked this way. It would e with me all the time. Thank you.
You probably COULD,though your step count wouldn't be as accurate as if you clipped it elsewhere.
I clip it my pants, pockets, sports bra. My mom clips it on her sock (face facing inwards).
