What's great about it: Works great, low price, easy to follow directions.
What's not so great: Dealing with Comcast but that is not the products fault.
Very happy with this modem/router. If dealing with Comcast and you are having a problem it is NOT the modem/router. Comcast does a lousy job helping on a self- install because they want to lease equipment to you. I wish there was a better way. If you do have a problem start by checking cables and splitters. My son tried a different connection and it worked but Comcast did not suggest trying this.

What's great about it: It works as expected and you can move around as needed.
What's not so great: There could be better info on packaging to help me know my concerns are covered.
Excellent product, price, and easy installation. Like that it senses when condensate bucket is full and shuts down automatically. This is important but is not prominently stated on packaging.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's not so great: Have not found anything that is not great.
This is a very nice printer and it is very low cost as well. Holds allot of paper.

Works well, costs more then it should. It is made by Sony and I have not had good luck with Sony products. This is simple enough so I took a chance.

I wanted something that would stream video to the TV from my iPod in a hotel using the hotel wifi. This cannot be setup on the hotel wifi unless it is completely open. Most hotels give free guest access but you have to go to the hotel website and enable guest access. There is no way to input the required information from google chrome to enable guest access. Sure this works at home but not anywhere else. I took it back.

Yes! The Epson WF-3540 can work without a PC. You can plug in a USB thumb drive or an SD card. It can be setup for wireless and you can print via AirPrint from an iPad, iPod, or Mac. No driver installation required. I think it will even print PDF files that are on a USB thumb drive or an SD card.

Can Chromecast be used as a general PC-to-TV device?
Can Chromecast be used to simply duplicate my PC's screen on the TV, independent of any apps or browser? That is, can I see on TV whatever I am doing on my PC, say work on a Word doc or Excel spreadsheet, browse internet with Firefox, etc...?

Why, bother with Chromecast when most PC,s have an hdmi output or display port. Both my desktop and laptop can output direct to a tv with a hdmi input. If you have an older tv you need to spend your money on a newer tv instead and yes you can work on Word and Excel files or stream with Netflix.

Look online at HP's website and read the owners manual. If it does not say it does then assume it does not. Or just go buy the Epson WF-3540 and don't look back.

Without a Pict-Bridge, how are photos transferred from Camera to Printer?
Remove the SD or MS memory card and install it into a printer with an SD card slot. Some printers still support some older legacy memory cards.

I have an HP laptop with windows 8, I do not have a CD/DVD Rom What is the best wireless printer for photos, cardstock, etc. at a reasonable price
There are allot of good printers that will work. You will however need to download the install files from the printer manufacturers website. You may want to consider getting an external DVD drive/burner. Try HP 8600 or Epson WF-3540. Watch out for the real cheap printers because in 5 years they will not work very well and the ink cartridges will cost more then the printer.

Not unless you print on multiple 8.5 x 11 pages. A few high end all in one printers are limited to 11 x 17 size paper.

Printers with this capability built in are cheap. Just get a new printer. Years ago they made a wireless printer adapter but I have not seen any for almost a decade. If they did make them they would cost just as much as a new printer.

Scanning Function
I am trying to use the scanning function on the MX922 copy/printer/fax/scanner. I am currently able to print, fax and copy from my Macintosh or other mac mobile devices. When I go to the scanning function, after selecting the protocol sequence, the display screen on the copier directs me to go to the PC and start? Please advise?

There is probably a scanning program on the computer unless you did not install it. The scanning routine allows you to select specific areas to scan and allows you to select gray scale versus color.

Yes, Epson WF-3540. You can zoom in and out, crop, sepia, b&w, plus more with photos that are on a SD, MS card or a usb drive. Go to a store with a SD card with photos on it and tinker with it.

Yes, Typically the print head is built into the ink cartridge. Every time you replace the ink cartridge you replace the print head.
