The sales person, explained to get the best picture and sound, it was a must to get this HDMI cord. There are many levels, the more copper the better the picture. Though they rate this the medium, I would recommend this for our VZIO TV. I feel like you are apart of the movies we watch. You have to purchase this with the TV, or you will only see half of the quality the TV has.

The clarity on the TV is awesome. The salesperson was new, but when asked questions if he did not know the answer, he went to find out for us. I did read the review quickly before my son and I purchase the TV, however the sale person, made it easier for us, as he gave us the info that we needed to compare. We never been happier with our Best Buy store. I prefer the store than online. We walk in , we feel like family and the best customer care. Yes, I would recommend Vzio TV as the number one brand to purchase!

I have both carpeting and laminate flooring will it work on both?

Absolutely!! Just adjust the height and both are cleaned without the laminate floor being scratched.

Just bought high pile, very soft and plush nylon carpet. Old vacuum won't move on it even with suction lessened. Need inexpensive vacuum for that one room. Recommendations?

No you don't need another vacuum, as that is why you have different levels of height to choose from This vacuum is all you need to get the job done in every room, for every type of rug or floor!

How do I change the belt? Lost manual.

Like any product, I would take a picture with my cell phone and always lay out any pieces in the order they come out. It is very easy to replace the belt.

Is the cord really only 25 inches per the specs? If so....that's very short and makes the auto rewind feature seem silly since you probably have to use an extension cord to get around a large area.

I have a cape code home and never had to use an extension. When I vacuum another room, I would re-plug the cord into the room I am working anyways, no matter how long or short the cord is, as I don't' want to knock over anything. The cord is the perfect length.

Yes, you have up to two weeks. If you purchase a warranty, which is a must, if it changes the price range, they will adjust that also! The sales person, will even assist with the price matching if you ask!
