Easy to use, does what it says it will do, great value for the money. I bought another one for my boss, he has his very own electronic Vanna White now. :)

I would like to use this remote to show photos (not powerpoint slides). Currently, I use the left and right arrow keys or the page up and down on the keyboard to scroll through photos. Will this remote do the same?

Yes it will do the same thing giving you the freedom to not have to use arrow buttons.

Is it possible to use multiple clickers for multiple people to control the same screen?

Its doubtful that more than one user could operate the same screen with multiple pointers, unless you want to install multiple USBs to a computer. To use this, you pull the USB from the tip of the wand and install into the side of your computer and turn it on.
