I lost my head phone adapter that came with my lifeproof case for my Ipod Touch 5th Gen. Where can I buy one that is not $20? And what kind do I need?

I am looking for a cheap but compatible headphone adapter for my Ipod Touch 5th Gen. The adapter came with my life proof case. I need another adapter but I do not know what exact kind and i am looking for the cheapest possible.
Call life proof and tell them your's broke. My friend did this and got a new one sent to him.

Will this work with new iPod touch 6th gen ?

I'm not 100% sure what generation my bf's iPod is I believe it is 6th generation so yes this works with that. I got him the newest iPod when I bought him the case.
