The Samsung French Door Fridge is spacious, well lit inside, and has a sleek appearance with the Ice and Water inside the unit. I have wanted this for a long time and Best Buy had the reduced price earlier than other retailers anywhere. I was able to snatch a floor model with a dent for $750, which was a steal for a wonderfully functional appliance!

We bought one of these about six years ago from Best Buy. Has Samsung fixed the issue with the evaporator drain freezing up, causing water to collect and freeze through the entire cooling element and exhaust fan so the fridge no longer cools?
Yes, there is now a dual cooling system that completly eliminated this issue...first question I grilled the department manager on....so much has been improved!

how do i take the glass out above the vegetable draws the corners seem locked in?
On this refrigerator (wonderful) the shelf above the crisper draws is very well built and heavy, as such I think you will see far less gunk gets caught in glass/edging area. The glass and corners of the shelf are unlike the ones where the glass is removeable. The drawers come out and then the entire shelp comes out. You will be surprised how easy this unit is to clean and the shelving is the best I have ever seen or owned (I have owned many). Evereything about this fridge is heavy duty in my opinion.
