Seems there's a new problem every day! Today the DVD just froze right near the end. I couldn't even eject it or turn the machine off! I had to unplug it, then plug it in again; then it worked. I have reset it a couple times. Now what -- return it?
You have a defective player, return it and get a new one, my player same type works good
