Best Buy installers to the great job, they were done quick. Only problem was how long it would take to actually get the appointment. Little frustrating but overall great job

The hardest holds the stereo in place I gotta have it so he had to buy it if I didn't need it I would have bought it but it's fine

They will be wonderful if the installation department actually installed them correctly. Not happy with install department at Geneva location. However, Nestor @ North Aurora location was amazing to work with during the purchase of these items.

Radio is worth $, but the install was not done correctly and install people will not fix. Went back 2x to have it looked at and they want to send the radio in to the manufacturer. The radio is fine, there is a loose wire somewhere and installation won't acknowledge their install error. Nestor, asst. mgr @ North Aurora was very helpful when selling us the radio and additional items needed for install, just wish after all the $$$$ we spent is worked correctly.
