Does this TV have a wired ethernet connection?
No it doesnt come with ethernet connection but u can plug ur own ethernet wire from your router and connect and it has wifi too

Proper set up configuration for the optical and usb connections?
When connecting a PS4 and and XboxOne, how do I route the USB and Optical connections, so that it will work with both systems without having to unplugging this and move it here. I understand how to connect one system or the other, but how do I do it at one time?

PS4 question
How does this work with the ps4 do you have to use a cable to the controller ? Also could I use this setup just to watch tv when my family is asleep ?
yes it works on PS4 and TV..just connect the audio digital cable on the back of the PS4 or TV which ever you are using then pair the headset then you should be able to go..for PS4 though the mic wont work unless you connect the wire to the PS4 controller, not unless you have the PS4 eye then you can use the eye as a mic no need for the wires

how does the ps3 headset compare to this one the ps4 headset?
i am trying to decide if I should buy the turtle beach ps4 or ps3 wireless headset
the headset itself has no difference but if you buy the one for ps4 it has all the required wires or accessories to work on the PS4 console..the ps3 version doesnt comes with it..so if your looking for this headset to work on ps4 then i recommend this one cause it works on both PS4 and PS3

Does this not work for Xbox One?
My brother has an xbox one and I am trying to get him a wireless headset. Will this work for his Xbox One?
yes it does as long as you have the audio adapter for the xbox one controller..connect the reciever to the xbox one with the digital audio cable at the back of the console then hook up the wire aux from the headset to the xbox controller with the adapter then turn it all on, it should work..i have tried it in all console..PS4,PS3,XBOX ONE,XBOX360 and PC
