I purchased this after I bought a Nikon Coolpix P900.. It is good to have a few of these on hand for photo shoots. It works well in photo and movie mode. I'll probably buy 1 or 2 more in the future.

This is my 3rd Sony XBR. I also have a 32" and a 40" set. Never had a service call. Why play with fire. The only negative comment I have on this set relates to the stand. It is too low. I have a Sony sound-bar that is normally in front of the set, however that placement interferes with the operation of the remote. I moved the sound- bar behind the set. Not ideal, but it works.

Most wireless computer mice show a tiny square piece that comes (usually displayed to the right) with the mouse. What is the name of this device? Can it be bought by itself? Will this piece work with any wireless mouse?
That small piece is the receiver. It must be plugged into a usb port on your computer in order for the mouse to work.

How do you get this to get to connect to your laptop?
You need to plug the receiver into your computer.
