What's great about it: Very fast, plenty of memory and hard drive space, USB 3.0
What's not so great: Couldn't get HDMI to work
The computer is amazing. I didn't get it just for gaming but I must say with the monitor I got, it is able to play some great looking games. Its very fast even when running multiple programs. I use it for video editing and that is also faster than ever. I couldn't get the HDMI to work but that really doesn't matter to me anyway. The memory is great but 16GB is kind of overkill. The most I think I've used is 7 and a half. The hard drive or processor usually gets bogged down way before I come close to using all of the memory. Regardless, it is still really good.

What's great about it: Touch Screen, Amazing Image Quality
What's not so great: Price, difficult to use buttons
This is an amazing monitor. If your looking for a great looking, Full HD monitor, and touch screen, this is what you should get. The touch features work great, especially with windows 8. The buttons on the side are a little hard to use but for most people, all you really need once its set up is on and off.
This product has... Attractive design, Easy to setup, Difficult to adjust/use buttons, Poor quality speakers, HDMI connection

Touchscreen

Can you also use it as a conventional monitor. That is, with a mouse?
Of course! All you have to do is plug the mouse into your computer. Or better yet, this monitor has 3 USB ports on the side which is where I have my mouse plugged in.
