Overall great headphones with good sound quality. They are great at blocking ambient noise but don't completely clock out all background noise. However when you play music it effectively block all the background noise so if you are concerned with that, don't be.
I would recommend this to a friend!

what's the different of this one

i saw the other one Bose® - QuietComfort® 20 Headphones (iOS) - Black and it's price is 299.99. I want to know what's the difference between these two headphones.
It took me sometime to find out this answer as well. I asked around and I was told there is no difference. The more expensive is the newer model however I was told there is no difference (no new features or technology) so I bought the cheaper version. I'm happy with my purchase.
