I had the fitbit Charge HR for about 2 years and replaced it with the Alta HR. The battery last longer than the Charge HR but it doesn't track stairs. The only thing I don't like is that you need to tap it real hard to wake the screen. I wish it had a button like the Charge HR or if you could swipe to advance the screen.

I have the Note8 and bought the Zagg screen protector but It leaves an "orange peel" effect on the phone and retains the image of anything written on the screen with the S-pen. I don't know if all film screen protector does this, but this one is terrable. It also doesn't fit perfectly with the Otterbox case.
I tried an inexpensive glass screen protector but it didn't work with my case either. So while I continue to search for the best glass screen protector for the Note8 (via youtube) I put up with the Zagg.

I am glad I waited to purchase the Note8 because I got it at a great price over the Black Friday weekend at BB. I always try and wait for the hype to dye down before I buy anything (a hard thing to do, but this time it paid off).
The only disappointing thing about the Note8 is that I covered up the great blue color with a case. I am not taking any chances and am using a Otterbox case.
I am a moderate user and the battery does last all day. I also use the fingerprint reader to unlock the phone, it isn't the fastest, but it works...just get your finger on the entire pad firmly. I wear glasses so I didn't bother setting up the iris scanner. The video/image etc. are all amazing so if you don't mind a big phone, get the Note8. However, don't pay $1000, that's just crazy.

It looks like cardboard with printed circuits, that's probably why it doesn't cost a lot. I use it an my inexpensive Digiland DL718M tablet that I also picked up at BestBuy and don't plan on storing anything important on it.

It holds the tablet securely, covers it and folds over so you can use it as a stand, that's the good part. The tablet doesn't fit as you would expect; there is a large gap on one of the long sides because you have to push the tablet to one side to get the camera to line up with the hole in the case. Since it has such a large gap, you can grasp the tablet easily to pull it out of the case. I am only recommending this case because it's maybe the only one available for the Digiland DL718M.

I was looking for an inexpensive tablet to travel around with and use at work, when I came across the 7" Digiland tablet at BestBuy. I have it about 2 months now and it's working great. I didn't expect a whole lot for a $40 tablet so its no surprise that the cameras are garbage, and the speaker is weak. I mostly use it with a headphone or external speaker and stick to my phone camera. It has a SD expansion slot, and Its great for surfing the net and watching videos. Note: the Insigna Digiland case is ok but the camera cutout doesn't line up properly...but you wont be using the camera anyway!

What's great about it: Price, Picture & works with a timer
What's not so great: The remote doesn't work from a wide angle, short power cord
Bough this TV to replace my 19" CRT Samsung in the kitchen whose picture tube finally gave out. I first purchased a 22" 1080p Visio from Walmart for $159 but was disappointed with the picture (especially the panorama mode, it stretch the picture so much that it became distorted). I returned the Visio then saw this 19" Insignia on sale at Best Buy for $99. The Insignia picture quality is better than the Visio, even though the Insignia is only 720p. The sound isn't as powerful as my old Samsung, but I think for a 19" television it's OK. It has all the basic connections, picture and sound modes (no panorama!). It's been a month or so now, and the TV stays on for about 12 hours per day and there hasn't been any issues. If you're looking for a 19" TV, don't bother with a more expensive brand...the Insignia is just fine. Note: Best Buy just came out with a 22" version and If the dimensions of the TV wasn't an issue for me, I would have opted for the 22".

Do the edges peel up?
Yes, the edges may peel up, depending on if you use a very tight case. It peel up on with my Otterbox defender case, I pushed it down in the beginning, but now just ignore it since I plan on removing this screen protector soon. Also, it has a lot of bubbles when you first install it...but they eventually disappear.

Is there a composite video input jack
In the online views of the TV's inputs, I see 5 inputs showing - three for the component video in, and two for composite AUDIO in. but no component video in (normally a yellow colored input jack). How can I get an incoming component video image as I intend to connect this TV as my display for a security camera DVR.
Yes, the green component video input becomes the yellow composite video input. It's on the quick installation guide. It works.

Operating Temperature Range
Will this TV function in an unheated garage during winter in WI?
I don't see why not. I live in Northeast PA and I have a radio in my un-heated garage that runs all year, I never turn it off. I would keep the TV inside when not in use to prevent moisture/corrosion problems later on. If you accidentally leave it in the garage, just take it inside for a couple of hours to warm up before use. If you're using it in a workshop (especially woodwork), I would be more concerned about the dust instead of the cold.
