Great HDTV! I was going to buy the more expensive 6 series. But I have to say this 5 series is quite the smart tv w/ browser and a great picture. Worth every penny.

Very good washer over all. I just wish they made all of their washers and dryers with wi-fi so I could be notified when the clothes are done. Because the new chime they have on these new machines can't be heard from the floor above. Also I find water in the dispenser tray after a wash. I've heard it might be from an un-leveled machine. But my washer is as level as any machine could be.
I would recommend this to a friend!

is this a newer model TV?

No, Samsung feels that when they have a tv that performs really good that they won't change it for a few years.

warranty - motor

Is there a 10 yr warranty on this machine as I've seen on other Samsung's from the manufacturer?
It has a 10 year motor warranty.

Can i use liquid detergent or do i have to use powder?

You can use either one. But if you use powder the liquid tray insert needs to be removed. Also if you use Tide Pods, they get thrown right into the washer. There's also trays for softener or bleach.
