can you listen to music with this?
It will allow you to play your play list on your phone but not through the device itself.

How does the sleep tracker work
You just press the sleep button and it starts. It tracks how long you are asleep and the amount of motion you do in that time. You have to remember to start and stop it though.

Does this work with the new samsung phones Note 5 & Galaxy s6?
Yes. I Currently use The Note 5 And It Works well with any Samsung smart phone flawlessly.
