My family thinks I am a vacuum cleaner junkie because I keep buying different brands. It's really because I have never found one I love...not until my Dyson! I absolutely LOVE it! It's easy to use and works easily on carpet and hardwoods without having to change the settings. I have a dog that sheds and need to vacuum every day. This is the first one I have found that can do it all!!!

How does it do on dog hair?

I have a dog who sheds an awful lot in the summer. I need something that will pick that up.
My Dyson does GREAT with the dog hair! I have to use it almost every day but it's easy to use and gets the job done quickly!

How is emptying out? Easy? Messy?

Very easy! As with any vacuum cleaner, you want to hold it over the trash can to empty the canister because dust, dirt and in my case, dog hair comes out!
