What's great about it: Wireless, Long Battery Life, Noise Canceling

What's not so great: Nothing

Use these daily at work and they are awesome. The bluetooth range is great and the battery last all day. If I forget to charge, the battery charges in about 40 minutes to a full 8 hour charge. Also, the bluetooth adaptor unplugs and a provided wired cable can be used. So, I can use the headphones while they are charging or with an audio player that does not have bluetooth. Also, the headphones are noise canceling, so I don't hear all the chatter around me anymore.

Does Best Buy sell the subscription necessary for a Tivo Roamino, or to I have to buy it through Tivo?

You have to buy the subscription through TIVO.

I have a galaxy S3 will it connect to to my bluetooth / I plan on upgrading to the S4 what about it.

Yes the headphone's connect to Bluetooth.
