I bought this to replace a cisco router and the crummy modem that TWC was charging me for. Very easy to set up and it handles multiple devices on the network seamlessly. I do a lot of online gaming and I find that I now have little or no lag in multiplayer matches.

Bought this TV to replace an LCD that was the same size and from the same manufacturer. Very good picture quality, though not as good as the LCD. Only has 2 HDMI ports, so had to buy a switch and some additional cables. Catch this one on sale and you'll be happy with the quality.

What's great about it: Allows gamer to use 3rd party headset
What's not so great: Lousy instructions
If you don't want to use Microsoft's gaming headset or the virtually useless headset that comes with xbox, this accessory is a necessity.
I was able to plug in the Turtle Beach headset that I used with xbox 360. If you don't get good sound at first, go into your game audio settings and make sure it's set to 'headphones'. The buttons on the left balance the audio between game sounds and chat. This is unclear in the instruction book, and takes a little getting used to, but it's very handy to have this feature literally right at your fingertips.

led battery indicator
Just received my battery pack, plugged into xbox for few hours and light indicator does not light up. Does this mean I received bad batteries or charger led indicator not working? I tried it on remote controller and turned on but didn't use it. Just wondering if this has happened to others with the led indicator? thanks

Does the netgear N450 have a telephone jack? Does the N600 have one??
600 does not. why would you need one?

Are there any control buttons on the TV (power, channel, volume, menu, etc.)?
no external controls except for power button.

what is the width and depth of the stand? What is minimum width and depth required for a safe and stable surface for the HDTV to rest on?
Stand is 20 1/2 by 9 inches. I imagine any stable surface of the same size will do, as the TV balances well upon the stand.
