Great independent charger. Looks good easy to get controllers in and out of the docks. Easy to tell when ready to use. Much better than having to use the play and charge kit which tends to not work well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

How long does it take to charge the controllers...

my questions are simple...how long does it take to charge the controllers to full charge and on average how long does the charge last....
Charge time depends on how low the batteries are when you put the controller into the dock. The dock has smart charging technology so it only charges enough for the battery to reach full capacity. If I run a controller all the way down, it may take an hour or so for a full recharge.

Battery use with a headset lasts easily around 6+ continuous hours.
