Ok, this fridge isn't perfect, but it's darn close! We brought this to replace our old counter depth refrigerator, which looked very pretty, but was functionally annoyingly too small. This new fridge is fantastically large!! It doesn't come without faults - the ice maker is too small, but the freezer space is large enough to accomodate a second ice bin or a bag of ice.
We did have a problem with our refrigerator - upon delivery, the light in the Instaview Door was way too sensitive. It would come on randomly if you walked past the fridge, if you looked at it wrong, breathed too heavily. Anything would cause the light to come on. I called LG customer service and they didn't hesitate to send out a local repair tech. They ordered a few parts and replaced them and the fridge now works perfectly. Extremely happy with the customer service of Best Buy and LG.

Really nice presentation remote. Compact, and comes with a built in timer, I don't use this feature a lot, but when I need it, boy it's helpful!! Nice, green laser pointer gives a different look than the typical red.
I would recommend this to a friend!
