Well balanced, easy to remove canister to empty and get right back to work. Good suction with the tools and easy to move under low tables. The step on lever to retract the cord is a dream come true.

the stair cleaning attachment doesnt go around. I have it in the down position

the hose is not blocked...cannot find the problem
You probably have a clog or string wrapped up inside the rollers or brushes. Need to open up the attachment and clean it out.
