Great sound for the size and price. The app is cool and one of the few that tells me the battery level. Wish I could turn off the sleep feature because it plays a distracting sound.

What's great about it: clear sound, best mic for calls

What's not so great: ear buds are bulky, but stay put

Bought alot of cheaper headsets, but the microphones were always marginal for calls. The bose has the best mic, and sounds great too. They pay for themselves after a few months because you'd go through 2 or 3 of the cheaper ones.

This product has... Perfect fit, Good for the car

Have and Apple but also an Office phone (how versitile can it be?)

I have an apple phone but want the versatility of being able to use it on my land line office phone too. Will they at least work as a regular headset when plugged into a non apple device? ie I don't need the volume ect, just a mic and earbuds.

Yes, they will work with any 1/8 inch headset opening. the volume feature will only work with a compatible phone

Is the 1 year warranty through best buy or bose?

There is a one year warranty through bose, where you mail it in or take it to a bose dealer, no cost. There is a 2 year best buy warranty where you can exchange it at any best buy, for a fee.

Does this product indeed bring the extra plugs in the diffrent sizes?

Yes, the medium buds are already installed, the small and large earbuds are in the package. Replacements can be found at the bose stores

Are these sweat resistant?

I want to use these while I cycle but tend to sweat a lot. will the sweat ruin the product?

No, the earbuds are designed with silicone covers the set the elements away from the ear
