I was about to buy this exact model when my brother and mother gave me the same model. As my brother buys his keyboards from Best Buy, I know that this is where it came from.
I chose this keyboard for various reasons. I tried it in store on the display when it was available. The little right shift key does not bother me and I type over 60 words a minute. I have been known to literally wear out keyboards. Within a month to three months (this keyboard is not following the usual pattern - see below), my letters usually wear off the keys and I have grooves where my thumb hits the spacebar and my fore fingers hit the rfuj keys. Sometimes my other vowels have the grooves too. I've had this computer keyboard for about six months now and I have not worn it out, nor do I have missing letters or those telltale grooves in the keys. I do have areas on the keyboard where things are smoothed, but there are no grooves.
The shift key would drive some people bonkers but it just takes a little to get used to. After you are used to it, you should have no issue. Most smaller keyboards are actually built with these smaller shift keys. If you want a full size shift key on the right, buy a full size keyboard. If you're willing to get used to the smaller shift key, then this should be a good keyboard.
Out of all the keyboards I've had, this is the one I've had the least problems with that has held up the best. I also haven't had to change batteries yet and I'm the world's worst with turning it off!
I tell everyone, if you're going to buy a keyboard, buy it in person and try out the store display where you are buying it, before you buy it... and there are some good reasons for it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will it work with windows 10?

Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista as well as most Linux Distros, and I think Mac too. I've used it on those versions of Windows and a few Linux Distros personally.

Does this keyboard come in silver or white?

No. It comes in black with white lettered black keys only, with silver markings on the touchpad. There are teal indicators for the FN Keys, but otherwise, it's a black keyboard.
