What's great about it: My son love the ease and quality that the machine produces
What's not so great: Does not record fron DVD to Tape
I bought this as a birthday gift for my son. He copies a lot of DVD's from old Videos. He said it is easy to use and easy to set up. The quality of the recording is very good.
The only negative is it does not record in reverse that is from DVD to tape.
He is very satisfied with the product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

how long does it take to transfer a vhs to dvd

Depends on how long your Video tape is. If it is a two hour tape it will take to two hours to transfer.

Type of dvd to record DVR620KU model

I am trying to set up my dvd's to record, and I am having a problem formatting the disks.
I bought dvr -r I can record with it, But I cannot finalize and set up according to instructions.
When trying to format a disk the machine will not let me get to the dvd menu.
Please advise.
Use the remote control and press Set Up button. This will bring you to the menu and press finalize.
