What's not so great: Sound quality
Picture quality is much better than other brands in this class. Sound quality is OK. It should have a 3.5mm Audio out instead of just Optical Audio out.

my LG tv screen goes dark in a sec but sound goes on , what maight be wrong?

when I put 32lg30 tv on it lights up for a second and then goes dark, but the sound is on? does that mean the screen burned down?
There can be several reasons for screen to not display / display for just few moments. I believe you should visit the store / technicians to figure out the issue.

Does the tv the LG 39ln5300, have a anti-glare to it's screen.

The screen has in -built anti-glare. Reflections are not much effective as on older CRT TVs.
