I bought this APC to replace another brand that didn't work. APC works as intended and has a nice display showing the current power draw so you know when its overloaded. I feel very confident my computer equipment will stay running during a power outage and will also be protected from surges.
I would recommend this to a friend!

how many hours does this last continuously, for example a blackout or power outage. it says 121 mins but also 16 hours-kinda confused

It depends on what is plugged into it and the power consumption of the device. If you are running a computer/monitor/speakers I would guess 20minutes but it depends on what you are doing and what hardware is in the computer. The 120 minutes is if there is very little load on the unit.

which product can I use to power my sump pump

Want to have 4-8 hours of run time for my 1/3 HP pump.
I would not use these for a sump pump. I tried that years ago and the draw was to great and it blew the circuit in the battery unit leaving the pump off and flooding my basement. They make higher powered units for designed for pumps.

can i use this as back up on a small oxygen machine

You could try but it depends on the load. I once used one to run a small pump and it blew the circuit almost right away. This model APC will show you the draw on it and beep so you should know pretty soon if it works for your device or not. Example. I was hoping to protect my laser printer with it and it was ok when idle but when it printer it uses a lot of power and set the alarm off. I decided to only protect my computer and monitor.

Is the APC - Back-UPS 1080VA UPS compatible with the iMac computer?

Is the APC - Back-UPS 1080VA UPS compatible with the iMac computer?
AS long as your Imac uses a standard power plug then yes it is compatible. I don't see any reason it wouldn't have a standard plug on it.
