The lady who helped me find the "right" tv was fantastic,the price was great and the product is exactly what I needed,thank you so much BEST BUY..AGAIN better than Wal-Mart who kept telling me the product was "on the truck" for 2 weeks and the price blew Wal-Mart away AND it was in stock @ BEST BUY..
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is there a way that I can connect my flash or external drive to this tv to play movies?

I tried connecting my flash drive through the USB on the tv, but it does not recognize any of the movies on it. They come up blank. Is there another way that I can view them? Possibly some kind of adapter cable to attach to the HDMI output?
Thanks for any help.
Change HDMI channel from 1 to 2

Roku works but only with the Roku remote.

I put the Roku stick in the Roku port but I can't control it with the TV remote. What am I doing wrong?
The tv remote is NOT going to work because you have to have TV and ROKU on 2 different Hdmi channels but you can download a FREE ROKU APP REMOTE FROM GOOGLE which works fantastic or use roku remote.
