Questions about warranty

I did not but the additional warranty with this item, but I purchased it less than 2 months ago. It keeps shutting off and rebooting, like the power button is stuck. Is there any kind of basic warranty plan that comes with it, like a 90 day one?
Yes there is a 90 day manufacturing replacment.
