Exactly what I was looking for in a programmable remote. Set up was straightforward on my PC. Learned that I needed the extension "blaster" that comes with the unit in order to make some components respond in my stereo cabinet. Key is for the extension blaster to be in "front" of components its controlling - if even by a few inches.
I would recommend this to a friend!

does this work with Apple TV?

I set mine up with a ROKU and works great. Based on the extensive listing of products it supports, I would think Apple TV would be one of them.
