Too easy,, just plug in the USB transmitter, turn on the key board, bingo you are in control,, comunicates perfect with the TV

Does this come with an on and off button to shut off the keyboard?

On/Off button
Yes on the top right side, small but it's there, not visible from the front, you must turn the board so that you are looking at the top side.
