What's great about it: Awesome screen. Ease of use, Blutetooth Keyboard Enanbled, Clear Text
What's not so great: No light/flash for the Camera and does not include stylus.
For one the battery life is good (could be a little better) but awesome that it includes the ability to connect a Bluetooth compatible keyboard and a Office compatible program for Word Processing. Simple to setup to add all your accounts and like the screen which is sharp and easy to read. Sound could be upgraded a little BUT descent for personal use. Wi-Fi connects easily and stays connected.
This product is... responsive touch screen, easy to set up, lightning fast, Variety of apps available, A nice compact size, Sharp graphics, Easy to navigate, Great screen size, Comfortable to hold

How difficult is it to fix a loose key, the left key by the finger pad?
Do I have to take to the tech, or Can I do this? Can the tech/Agent fix it while I wait? Do I need to take in the power cord to fix a key? May I watch the operation so I can do it next time?
Depends on how it is loose in the device. If it snapped off at the connection point then it would be more difficult. I would recommend a technician to take a look. Check with the warranty on your device and if you purchased one through the store (extended warranty). Moat places won't fix it the same day because it depends on the technician at the store level and if they have to send it out to be fixed. Some warranties require it to be sent back to the manufacture for repair. I would never recommend taking any device apart unless your a high level tech with a electronic background or if you don't mind that you may VOID the warranty on it.
