I love them and when I tell people about how reliable and how nice they feel in your hand I end up giving them away. I hate track pads on laptops, it is so annoying when you accidentally drag your sleeve across the pad and it interrupts what you were typing by moving your focus to another spot on the display. That's the reason I've bought so many, it is not that they break, they don't!

Our first French Door refrigerator. Would like it if the ice cube tray was not so large. It is soo big it limits the space in the freezer. The french doors are ok, but the door shelves are not adjustable enough to allow me to store taller bottles as in my old refrigerator. I also would appreciate being able to get to the vegetable drawer without having to open both doors.

This hybrid drive marries the best of an SSD for speed with a regular hard drive to provide larger storage. I've put these in several laptops where I needed the storage and speed to extend their useful lifetimes rather than buying a new laptop.
A friends PC was hanging 60 mins after booting from an SSD. I suggested replacing the SSD boot disk with one of these hybrid drives and it solved his problem. He is very happy.

What's great about it: Good signal throughout the 1st floor & finished basement
What's not so great: Parental Controls config issue
This is a nice fast unit, I used it to replace the wireless router portion of my cable modem and I see a vast improvement in speed and throughput. The only problem I've encountered is in Parental Controls, when I attempt to set time limits on my grandson's devices it throws an error and refuses the update. I haven't had time to call support to attempt to remedy the issue. Even with this issue I would recommend it.

Can each door of the refrigerator be opened independetly of the other?
Yes. Opening the left door results in a slight bump to the right door as the seal moves in or out of the way, but that was how it was designed and it works just fine.

My Passport will not open
I accidentally downloaded the new windows 10 update to the passport instead of my computer drive. Now my passport will not open the files i have saved on there. Is there a way I can pull the files from there or get Windows 10 off? Did this delete all my files???
It is not possible to answer with 100% certainty given the details you have provided.
If you "downloaded" the installer or an ISO to your passport it would not have hidden other files. If however you created media for installing Windows 10 and specified your passport as the target location you very likely wiped the passport and created a bootable image on the drive in place of your data.

The dimensions in the specs are a little bit confusing. Can somebody please confirm if this would replace a 5 to 7 mm thickness HDD ?
The 1-TB drive has a standard 9.5mm size suitable for most laptops

is 8GB enough cell size ?
With the thousands of read/writes W7 does per hour, does the drive learn to use the platters for these ? I have 4GB ram now, and my HD is still busy all the time. I am ready to buy.
This drive has intelligence built in to manage cache for fast disk operations. The SSD portion operates at memory speeds to your motherboard so unless you are continually reading and writing huge files you will see a big boost in read/write performance. If you have the ability to add RAM to your system it should reduce the reliance upon disk based memory caching. Regardless this hybrid drive will provide a significant improvement for you.

will this work with Inspiron 17R 7720?
Yes the Inspiron 17R 7720 supports SATA drives so this will work just fine. Speed of SSD (mSATA offered as OEM was only 32GB) and the larger storage of a normal HD (1 TB).

Can I boost my wireless signal to reach a mile or two away?
The limiting factor on reception of wireless signal is most frequently the antenna on the receiver and not the signal strength. In any case you'd be stretching things to get signal 2 miles away. Get yourself a good directional antenna on the router side and a good antenna on the receiver and you might just make it that far. If you are thinking you can get unidirectional coverage I wouldn't hold my breath.
