This is the most easiest water filter I have ever had to use. With a little push to release the old water filter, the new filter snaps right back into place with just one click. Very simple. And my water tastes great!!

There were so many filters to choose from that I got confused as to which one I needed. After looking at the filter that was included with my new fridge, I think I made the right choice with this one. I works wonderfully!!!

The red light still

I changed the filter three days ago, I allowed run water for more than four minutes, like instructions indicated, but the red light indicator still on. Could you please help me?

You have to go into your Menu and select Filter and reset it. Once your done, the red light will be gone and it should say "water or filter is good".
