Can you purchase a Macbook Air I7 with 8GBs in store or does it have to be custom built? If not how long does it take to be built?

I'd like to buy a MAcbook Air I7 wiht 8GBs, but I need it ASAP.
I've only seen the 4 GB you might want to ask Mac if they make it and who distributes it. Best Buy might have it if is manufactured
