I love this protector. Has a lifetime warranty, you must register your product. No bubbles, lays flat and easy to clean. Works well with a stylus or by touch. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent tablet. I was undecided between the 7 and 10.1 . I am so glad that I went with the larger tablet. The larger screen allows you to split your screen of 2 pages when reading a book, which I love. The color is very vibrant and true to color. Easy to use and customize. Games load very fast, great for playing games on. The only thing I don't like, is the camera is not very nice. Samsung has excellent customer service. You get 1 full year warranty with 1 year of free tech support. Highly recommend this tablet.

No, there is no cellphone chip in this tablet. Can not be added.

sound on tab 4 is very very low when playing movies I can barely hear how can I solve this ?

This tab sound is very very low when playing movies how can I remedy that ?
I purchased a nice set of headsets, that solved that problem for me. I purchased JVC headsets thru Amazon They are very lightweight and increased the sound very nicely.

Do I need a phone plan?

You do not need a phone plan to use wifi on this tablet as long as you are in an area that has wifi. This tablet does not have to cell phone chip in it.

Yes. I prefer Barnes and Noble for free e-books. You can also download that app. Good Luck :)

I have a glaxy 2 7"tablet. Whe I take it to a hotel, I almost ever can connect with their wifi. Are things better with a Galaxy 4?

We are traveling right now, and so far everywhere we have went this Samsung Galaxy tab 4 10.1 has connested to the wifi in every place we have been. Connects every time automatically.
