Old dryer concked out on me and had to get something in a hurry, off to Best Buy I go. Had a great selection but for price and performance the Samsung hit all the bells for me
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will I be able to use the power cord from my old dryer on this model?

As long as it is a 30 amp power cord in good condition you can. This is the one with the wide three prong male connector where the horizontal tabs are offset at an angle on one end and a three wire connection on the other. Can't stress enough though, make sure the cord is easily bendable, not cracked, no pitting or corrosion on any of the connections!
