I had to return it since it doesn't work with an Amazon fire stick which was the only reason I got it. As a keyboard/mouse device it would be just fine but doesn't do what it should be able to do. Maybe down the road with firmware updates, it will work properly, but for my purpose, it was a no keep item

For an entry level card at a mid range, this card has little issue playing games at high level settings. Recommended for those on a budget (like me) if you want to play games in good detail.

What's great about it: Simple setup, good speeds on all ports, price
What's not so great: Adapter falls out very easily
If you need more 3.0 usb ports, the answer is right here. Simple plug and play, no hassles. Just put in place and use. Only drawback would be if you move it around a lot, say, for a laptop, adapter falls out very easily. If that doesn't matter, you are all set.

Does this card have red LED or white LED on fans and logo?

This one has white LED. I believe there are models that have red (i think powercooler). Check the Partner maker (in this case, PNY) to be sure of the color.

I have a GeForce 730 right now, I have to run games at 1280x720 resolution and all the graphics very low, will this help so that I can make my graphics better and I can run higher resolution and will it boost fps a little bit.

Absolutely. I have no issues with 1920x1080 at high with For Honor for example. You should be fine as long as the screen can handle it, the gpu will pump it out.

how do i download and install password protection software

Again, no one ever answered this. Here is one of many solutions you can use for this. Sandisk comes with its own software as well for encrypting your data. But third party software is out there, such as http://www.newsoftwares.net/usb-secure/

Regarding DX-U34H41: Why does my Hub unexpectedly drop the connection to my PC?

Dynex USB 3.0 Hub constantly "disconnects" from my PC, causing information to be lost to attached HDD, and loss of Bluetooth connection from attached dongle. Why will this device not maintain a constant connection?
Never ran into this problem. I would blame the adapter for this. I have transferred a lot of data through a couple ports at the same time and still didn't see this. Possibly faulty.

Can the hub be used only for USB 3.0 or is it also compatible with USB 2.0?

It works on a usb 2.0 but not sure why you would want to do that.
