Once the lithion battery has 500 cycles usage what happens next. do you have to buy another battery or you have to buy a new morphie juice pack helium charging case.
Yes, once it reaches the 500 cycles, it is simply a protective case. The battery in the case is not replaceable.

Mophie 5s does not seem to charge the I phone
My mophie 5s unit does not seem to charge my 5s I phone?
First make sure the Mophie is charged.
Secondly, make sure your iPhone charges with the charger it came with.
If your iPhone does charge with its original charger and does not charge with the Mophie, it could be that the Moohie is defective or, has reached the end of its life. Keep in mind that the Mophie will only charge your iPhone for a total of 500 times.
After that, it becomes just a protective case.

Besides the 120% batter charge vs the 100% charge, what is the difference between the Juice Pack Air and the Juice Pack Plus?
Does the case offer more protection? What is the difference between the $99 version and the $119 version besides the battery charge?
There is no doubt that this case offers protection. I have seen many users drop their iPhones with this case on cement floors and absolutely no damage occurred to the phone.
The difference between the $99 and the $119 is the amount of charge it can supply to your phone. The $99 will charge your battery completely from totally dead and the $119 will charge it completely and still be able to charge it to another 20% if still need more.
