Google's Chromecast is an awesome streaming device for people looking for something user friendly. All you have to do is click the cast button on your favorite apps like Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, etc. and it connects to your chrome cast and you are good to go! The only things I can say negatively are that it builds up static and makes this really annoying feedback if you connect your TV to headphones. A 6-ft HDMI Extender solves that issue, but it still needs to be resolved, and it would be nice to be able to use a chrome cast without a mobile device. Add a remote and its amazing. Overall, great product, a few bug fixes and it would get 5 stars from me.

What if both HMDI slots are already taken? :-(

Must this go in the HDMI slot? I have Comcast, which takes up one HDMI, then Roku-which is taking up the other HDMI. I'm thinking of trying Chromecast-which appears to take HMDI (Hence the name! LOL!) My TV has only two HMDI slots, so is there anything I cn do?
Unfortunately, yes it does. You can buy a HDMI Switcher from best buy that will give you more HDMI ports.

Why am I getting a green screen when streaming movies online?

Hi there, I recently just purchased Chromecast so I can stream movies on my laptop and watch it on my TV. I have a Macbook and a Samsung TV. Whenever I try to use Chromecast to watch a streaming movie or a movie I already have on my laptop, the TV screen is green and fuzzy. Can you please help? I have no problem playing youtube videos or playing anything via my iPhone.

According to google, the Desktop version of Cast for chrome cast is still in beta, that there will be some bugs with it. Watch the update system for Chromecast for when they release that update.
