How is the installation done?

The dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and stove all require expert installation; is the installation included when you buy the set? If not, how much does the installation cost?
My husband installed all of our appliances and he is not an expect. Our local Best Buy wanted to charge us $125 to do just the microwave. For our gas stove they required us to purchase a new gas line
for $80 even though we had one that nothing was wrong with so we waived them installing. My guess
Is it would cost you an extra $300 to set up all appliances.
