He wanted a Surface but after doing his research decided this laptop had what he needed at a lower price point. He has enjoyed using it and learning more about PCs, and it's worked great so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: easy to setup and use
What's not so great: no DVD drive
Got this for my wife for Mothers day and she was able to use it right away coming from Win7 to Win8. Setting up kids accounts and such is a bit tricky but worth the effort, we get weekly emails on our kids accounts activity. Touch screen is big and works well. Wireless keyboard and mouse are good entry level input devices. Very quiet operation.
This product has... A touch screen that works great, Clear display, Easy to set up, Responsive touchscreen
About me... Parent with kids

Can I order the computer and an extra graphics card and have it install and ready for pick up at the store?

I need two monitors for my work. I have an extra monitor. I want to make sure this computer has the capability of operating dual monitors. I would also want it pre-installed. (I have the geek squad service already.)
There is no HDMI or VGA output, it's an all in one. it's not really designed for expansion, etc. Get a traditional tower PC and 2 monitors.
