What's great about it: Sound quality is great.
What's not so great: Recharger is up by the TV so you have to get up to get the headphones everytime you need them.
Earphones sound great but get can get heavy. Also pricey. I have had quite a few of these types of earphones since I have insomnia and I do not want to keep my husband up. I have to get up to get them at the TV in order to use them which can be inconvenient. Then you have to remember to put them back in the charger either before you sleep or in the morning. I do like them though.
This product has... good sound quality, pricey, inconvenient to have to get up to get them.

How do you charge the batteries?

This doesn't look like it comes with a charging base. How do I charge the batteries?
It comes with a base you hang them on. If your base is missing, you need to return it.

Do the batteries need to be changed every 25 hours? What would be the cost for this?

You just need to keep it in the charger when not in use. I use mine every night for at least 3-4 hours. I have had them for months. I have not had to replace battreries as of yet.

Why can't I get reception?

I have charged the headphones and the wire are connected to the back of the television and all I get is a bunch of static.
You may need to push the reset button more than once on the right side of the phones. I have had to do that for the same reason.

Why does my headphone need recharging after only 4.5 hours or so?

The headphones show the red charging light when on the tower.
They are charged overnight, but they only last about 4 hours before they need to be recharged.
I'm on my second pair, the first only lasted an hour before needing to be charged.
This is a fraction of the 25 hours they are supposed to work.
I have these and I have not had that issue. As long as I keep them on the charger when not in use, they have lasted me 8 hours or more. (I have fallen asleep with them on and they are still working when I awaken).
