I'm overall happy with this purchase and product. I have a heavy iron door with no peep-hole possible so this is a great accesory. I get notified when someone walks in or out and also when someone walks onto my porch.

It just works like a more expensive laptop but it isn't expensive. You will not run CAD programs or WOW on this laptop. However, when playing online games and general surfing or playing music it excels.

Overall I like the ease of use of the thermostat and the visual display. However, I am still not convinced it is the next best thing to sliced toast. With four family members in the house, I haven't been able to get the thermostat in sync with when someone is home to keep the heat up.

I like the grippy feel of the soft rubber compound. Easy on the touch and you can still easily slip it into your pocket. All the buttons are easily used and the lightning connection is accessible. I am able to charge the phone in charger without removing case.

I like the case. I selected this after I broke my last phone without a case. I hate cases in principle. This one works well and it is very slim. This case with phone still fit into my dash vent holder but just barely. My sons Otter case would never fit. You would never guess this one is waterproof. I love that the screen is uncovered yet it is still waterproof. The design of this case seals the case to the screen directly without sealing it with a plastic cover or layer. All of the iPhone buttons work well with the case in place. Note: Aftermarket cords will not fit but the original apple cords do.

Waterproof and water resistant by design. They even include a tester to try before you insert your $700 phone in there.

WIll the NUUD case register fingerprint?
I have a 5s and would life to get the Nuud case. However, I don't know if my finger print scanner will work with this case.

RE: Vibrate only option near volume buttons How does one place phone on vibrate only using the square like side button on NUUD LifeProof case?
The Otter case I was using prior, had a rubber cover over the squarish button that was easily opened to select VIBRATE ONLY verses Phone ringer ON..
The controls are the same with or without the case. I admit it is harder to select sound on or off with the case as it is sealed with a rubber cover. However it is still tactile and you can feel the click on or off when selected

why???
why for 100 buck no built in screen cover like the life proof fre the nuud was a joke thanks god i got my money back and a cheap hard plastic and scratches easy, they made the photo add on the nuud case very imitating and looked good, when you open the box you will say forget it a rub on screen protector?? haha cheap and don't hole water just under a kitchen sink rinse
The screen is sealed without a cover or stick on screen protector. One will work as the BB rep at store had same case but he put on the screen protector as well. I prefer using without it for the original screen feel without a cover over the screen. My cover passed the water submersion test. They include a tester so you don't have to risk your iPhone with testing. Mine passed. If not send it back for another and retest the new case.
