Daughter loved this as a gift. She get migraines if she were to read Ebooks on her normal tablet or phone the screen is dull like a book page which leave it easy on her eyes and fingers crossed no headaches

I have bought two of these thinking it was a bad cord the first half way would power the controller and the other one doesn't work at all. Tried other devices and apparently it's new home is for a kindle. Do not buy

Will Best Buy replace the phone if the screen cracks and the protector doesn't?

Best Buy talked be into paying for the glass screen protector, stating that if they phone gets dropped that the protector will crack, not the phone. Well, they installed the glass protector and of course I dropped the phone (have had it for 3 weeks). The protector is intact, but the screen underneath is cracked. Do you think Best Buy will replace the phone?

I don't think so. I would talk to them. I believe something like that would fall on the zagg maybe they can determine it was a defective product and do something with your phone
