What's great about it: Has simplized our lives
What's not so great: Nothing
My wife and I purchased a used fridge when we first moved into our home. Truly was a nightmare with it freezing carrots and thawing ice cream. With our new LG side by side that is a thing of the past. The alarm that sounds after the doors have been open for two minutes let's us know what the grand kids are doing. Great addition LG
This product has... Consistent temperature throughout, Lots of door storage, Multiple temperature zones, Design I love, No hard to reach spots, Humidity controlled drawers

Is this "Special Order"?

I was wondering if this SKU was considered "Special Order". It shows the "Special Order Information" on the page but says "Add to Cart", not "Special Order". The "learn more" part of special order information says the "Add to Cart" button will be replaced with "Special Order" if that's the case. I'm mainly asking because I'm interested but don't want to have to risk a 25% restocking fee in case something changes.
Yes this item is a special order mainly because most buyers are looking for stainless steel. We chose the black to blend with other appliances in the kitchen.
