I'm delighted with the batteries and the charger. I prefer chargers that charge batteries individually. That is what this charger does. It doesn't matter if you have just one battery, or up to 4, it will do the job. It's not the fastest charger out there, but that is easier on the batteries as well. I recommend this combination of charger and batteries.

This little tripod is pretty high quality. The push button to release the ball is a bit stiff, but locks securely. That is most important. There is no adjustment for height or leg adjustments. It is what it is. It holds a surprising amount of weight very well.
If you can live with the lack of adjustments, this is a good little tripod. It works for me.

whats the difrence in micro sd cards in UHS-1 and UHS-3
Speed. U3 cards have faster read and write speeds. If you want to shoot 4K video you need U3 cards.
