Is this SATA 3 or SATA 6?

This unit is a SATA 6 and is backwards compatible to SATA 3.

Hard drive

I have a Lenovo pc. My hard drive quit working , the model number is hitachi hds721010cla332 sata
3.0 gb/s. My lenovo has 6gb ram Will this hd work?

I have the same unit and it works fine.
